Scope of Work:
Interior design of entry, mail area, circulation and 17-units for a multi-unit residential building located in the Navy Yard district of Washington, DC. All interior finishes including custom signage/lighting, kitchen and bathroom millwork for this adaptive reuse and addition to the existing building.

Surrounded by parks and green spaces, bike paths along the rivers' edge, and an eclectic variety of restaurants, we offer a practical, functional and inspired solution to the interiors.
The Heywood, named for an honored Marine General in the Marines, inspires a clean, tailored design aesthetic, focusing on the details. Layering a neutral palette with rich saturated colors inspired by the glow of night along the river's edge, deep shades of blue and accents of brass reminiscent of a ship's bell.
