Scope of Work:
Interior design, procurement and coordination for an event facility including entry lobby, pre-function, event spaces and lounge. We worked closely with ownership to establish a clear budget for their project and phasing it to completion. Limited hard finishes and FF&E renovation, including custom millwork, back bar redesigns, custom area rugs and furnishings.
