Scope of Work:
Interior design of public space mail/package room, leasing office and various resident lounge and communal areas and exterior courtyard for this existing Class-A multi-unit residential building. We worked closely with the client on establishing a budget for FF&E, coordinating procurement, warehousing and installation.

Honoring this urban oasis, we are inspired to create a Modern Haven, an escape, a place to call home surrounded by a vibrant mix of nationally recognized arts and cultural institutions, top-ranked restaurants, earning the city the name, The Creative Capital.
The design aesthetic will be bespoke modern, layering a neutral palette with rich saturated colors while combining textures and pattern inspired by the glow of night on cobblestone paths along the river’s edge.
